Guarantee of 7000 baht for the others studios and the apartments.
Deposit will be refunded minus electric and water cost.

Room service: once a week minimum.
Included change of sheets and towels.
300 baht per service for a studio.
470 baht per service for an apartment.

The electricity rate is 6 baht per kw.
Tha water rate is 40 baht per m³.

Airport Transfer on request.
No extra charge for special 'guest'.
